Hello,

I have 3 windows 7 keys I bought at best buy (Family Pak). I do not have install media thanks to family . I have tried all three key to get a windows 7 iso. The key is verified , but then, I am only offered "Korean" as a download option. What is going on. What can I do?  I can supply my keys , one  of them are not even in use any longer, windows 8 was upgraded over it.

ANy help would be appreciated.

Do you mind telling us where did you download the Windows 7 ISO? Have you tried this site?

As far as I know, Windows 7 has the single-language edition (You might purchase the Korean edition), please connect the  BestBuy and confirm the type of your keys.

If you still can't get the ISO, I suggest you contact the customer service, explain the scenario to them and ask if they can provide some help:
